Not Just a Breeder — A Family
Brickhouse Danes began after one disappointing experience showed us exactly how not to do things. Since 2017, we’ve dedicated ourselves to raising Great Danes the right way — with standards rooted in love, health, and lifelong connection. All of our breeding dogs are OFA-tested and raised in our home, not in kennels. Puppies grow up surrounded by adult dogs (aunts, uncles, grandmas!) and constant enrichment. Our support doesn’t stop when your puppy goes home — we’re here for the life of your dog.

How We Raise Our Puppies
From Nursery to Family Life
Our puppies start in a dedicated nursery space, then integrate into our home as they grow and moms are ready. They’re exposed to adult dogs, home sounds, handling, and social play — all the things that help them transition easily into their forever homes. We begin crate training and foundational skills when age-appropriate, setting each pup up for success.
